Over the past few days, I’ve met three incredible people who, like me, are navigating their thyroid journeys—whether battling Graves’ or Hashimoto’s disease. These connections reminded me that we’re never alone in our struggles. ✨

My journey to remission wasn’t easy, but through a combination of the microbiome diet, intermittent fasting, consistent exercise, and a focus on reducing inflammation, I found a way to heal. 💚

I’m sharing my story in the hope that it helps someone else on their path. There are no coincidences, only opportunities to grow and learn from each other. 💫 Remember, wellness is a journey, not a destination 🌱

Sincerely, Pilates had the honor of being a vendor at the Spelman Alumnae Association of Tampa Bay’s TopGolf Scholarship Fundraiser. 🌟 It was an inspiring evening celebrating community, education and future scholars.

The entire Bradley clan was in attendance. How awesome to show our children the value of education, entrepreneurship and the importance of giving back to the community. 💙 Our future is in good hands with young leaders like the incredible scholars and community awardees being recognized for their contributions to sports and our local Tampa Bay area.

Special congratulations to the honorees, Clemmie Perry, Tiffany Greene Berry and Kaela Crowell, for their impactful leadership and dedication! 🎉 We are grateful to have been part of such a meaningful day and look forward to continuing our support for the Spelman alumnae and future scholars.
